This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit it, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address, access time, requested page, referrer, browser, and device data. This is necessary to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of this website. The data is retained only as long as needed for these purposes.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, submission time, source, and consent version with Supabase Inc. in its Frankfurt region. We use this data only for launch updates. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Providing your email address is voluntary.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. We delete your waitlist data after withdrawal or when launch communications end.

Recipients and international transfers

Vercel and Supabase process data on our behalf. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses under Article 46 GDPR.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to a data protection authority, including the State Commissioner for Data Protection Lower Saxony.
